In our daily lives we juggle ourselves trough the day: we switch between diverse roles, multitask constantly and we are hunting for happiness. We have a certain idea about the make ability of the world and ourselves. But if we would sweep the social code away, are we able to keep it up: the full control over who and what we are? The raw and pure in us will be called for this week: trough simple assignments like running, jumping, falling, hugging, honouring, hating. We pursue those assignments until we are exhausted: repeating a duet for 2 hours, hugging for 2 ore running till we cant anymore. The necessity to go beyond appearance is the driving force of this week, it will be an extreme week. For people from 16-35 with a good condition.

special week at buitenkunst: From solo to Trio
In one day we make a solo, in two days a duet and in three days a trio. Base will be structurised improvisation, departing from the layerdness of the physical body we create very dynamic material. From floorwork till standing virtuosity. How does your dancematerial change when other people arrive? how can a story develop without dancing a story? this week will give a insight in a choreographical process and will be about partnering, instand composition, awarneness of space, time, sences intuition and movement as a dialog. we will keep working and improve our material and present our process. Dance experience and good condition, and a knowlegde of your own body is asked.
